			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To be short, the <a href="http://www.onlinecodex.de/">Online Codex</a> project is something like <a href="http://www.wolflair.com/index.php?context=army_builder">Army Builder</a>, i.e. a tool that helps you write army lists for your Warhammer 40k games.</p>
<p>The Online Codex is free to use, supports many armies/races and runs in Java/on every computer. The only downside is that until now there is no translated edition so you have to know German if you want to use it.</p>
