Posting has come to a halt in the last couple weeks for a very specific reason: Mr. and Mrs. Parcival got their very own little Noisemarine. You know, not the one you get for a bargain price from Games Workshop. Nope, we’re talking about the real thing where you shell out even more bucks for tuition, clothes, and all the other things needed to cope with peer pressure.

Our daughter arrived at the end of August and kept us busy ever since. She’s a true creature of Slaneesh as she only knows two states of living so far: pleasure and dissatisfaction. However, she is healthy and nicely gaining weight and we are very happy she is doing so well.
My very own hobby has to stand back at the moment. I have no more painting table as the kitchen table has become family space. My halfway done Terminators from mid-August haven’t received another stroke with a paintbrush ever since and since the birth of our daughter I managed to squeeze in just one game of 40K. However, now that she is having longer batches of sleep I am confident I can at least blog more frequently again, although you won’t get to see pictures of freshly painted miniatures very soon. Warhammer is a very nice hobby for a little distraction and I am looking forward to the time when I can spend more time on it again.

It was quite rainy. Marroni got wet feet. The Alitalia was about to fall apart. Therefore, we took the train back home – after 20 minutes.
